KALAMATA

Kalamata olives are a deep, rich purple in color. They have a distinctive taste
and appearance, with an oval shape, intense flavor and fleshy texture.

BLACK OLIVES

Black olive is one of the finest olive varieties and is harvested before they
are ripe. we produce mostly Natural Black Pequal, Dolce, Black Manzanilla,
Siwi.

GREEN OLIVES

Green olive is one of the finest olive varieties and are harvested before they ripen. Their color changes from green to a reddish tone. After the initial lye treatment to remove the natural bitterness, the olives are washed then packed in brine.
