BANANA PEPPERS

The banana pepper is a medium-sized member of the chili pepper family that has a mild, tangy taste. While typically bright yellow, it is possible for them to change to green, red, or orange as they ripen.

PEPPERONCINI

Pepperoncini is a variety of chili pepper, scientifically known as capsicum annuum, the spicy subset of the pepper family. They have thin skin that is yellow to light green in color and are only 2-3 inches long. It’s sweet, mild chili pepper, usually sold pickled. Also known as Tuscan Peppers, sweet Italian peppers, or golden Greek peppers. Pepperoncini peppers originate in Italy and Greece, though their popularity has spread throughout the world.

CHERRY PEPPER PIMIENTO

It’s a variety of large red heart-shaped chili pepper that measures 4-5.5 cm long and 3-5 cm wide. The flesh of the Pimiento is sweet, succulent, and more aromatic than that of bell pepper. It’s sun-ripped, with fresh red pods, Stem, and kernels removed.

KARDOULA(Bora Bora)PEPPER

Fresh Green Pods of the pepper shrub capsicum annuum, stems and kernels removed, pods of solid flesh and thin skin, production is done by using fresh raw material preserved in brine.

LOMBARDI PEPPER

It’s a deliciously tangy sweet pepper, medium in size, long slim, heatless, color range from yellow through orange and into bright red, 5-6 inches long and ¾-1 inch wide.

MACEDONIAN PEPPERS

It’s a very unique heirloom pepper. This is a very old pepper grown in Macedonia for 100+ years. It ripens from green to brilliant red and is approximately 4-7 inches long.

JALAPENO

JALAPENO

The jalapeño is a medium-sized chili pepper pod type cultivar of the species Capsicum annuum. It ripen from dark green to red color. A mature jalapeño chili is 5–10 cm long and hangs down with a round, firm, smooth flesh of 25–38 mm wide. Jalapeño peppers that have been uniformly cut into sliced rings and pickled in brine possess a uniform firm, crisp texture.

MEXICAN PEPPER

GUINDILLA PEPPER

The Guindilla pepper is a chili pepper historically grown and processed primarily in the Basque region between Spain and France. It is a popular pepper used in cocktail making, or often served alongside cheeses as an appetizer or snack. These peppers are thin and long, growing around 1.5-4 inches in length. The color is typically green to greenish-yellow. The skin is somewhat shiny and smooth with an absence of wrinkles.
