CUCUMBER

Cucumber is fermented whole pickles, seasoned with fresh dill, and can be uniformly cut into slices. They have a mild, predominantly dill pickle flavor and green, translucent color.

GIARDINIERA

Giardiniera is a combination of assorted vegetables (cauliflowers, carrots, pepper, olive salad, Lemon) that are pickled in brine. Each individual vegetable component must be practically uniform in color and typical of its variety.

SUNDRIED TOMATOES

Sun-dried tomatoes are ripe tomatoes that lose most of their water content after spending a majority of their drying time in the sun. These tomatoes are usually pre-treated with sulfur dioxide or salt before being placed in the sun ىin order to improve color and appearance.
