ARTICHOKE
It’s a variety of species of thistle cultivated as food. The edible portion of the plant consists of the flower buds before the flowers come into bloom. It’s marinated in brine to perfection and commonly used as toping on pizza, pasta and salads.

SUNDRIED TOMATOES
Sun-dried tomatoes are ripe tomatoes that lose most of their water content after spending a majority of their drying time in the sun. These tomatoes are usually pre-treated with sulfur dioxide or salt before being placed in the sun ىin order to improve color and appearance. Our Sun Dried Tomatoes are passed through the selection and screening processes and then packed according to the demands of the customers.
